3DSynthesis is a specialist in the printing of inert chemical reactors using polypropylene or PVDF. These can easily be customised to your requirements.
Our Printers and Synthetic Resins
3DSynthesis has the experience to develop reactors to meet your requirements. We can print in PLA, ABS, PP (polypropylene), PVDF (polyvinylidene difluoride, PCL (polycaprolactone) HIPS and PLA to name but a few.
Creating Customised Reactors
We know how difficult it can be to source your exact synthetic flow and batch reactors. At 3DSynthesis we will work with you to design and produce reactors to meet your specific requirements.
3DSynthesis can readily develop novel reactors to meet your existing requirements without the need for new adaptors or expensive equipment. Reactors can be designed to match existing flow systems.

Stereolithography (SLA) printing is one of the key strengths at 3DSynthesis. We have developed inert chemical reactors which are resistant to nearly every solvent from demanding DCM, DMF through to THF.
Integrating 3DPrinting with Chemical Synthesis
3DSynthesis has the capacity to print the reactors that you need. Multiple reactors or individual ones can be printed as and when required. Our supply chain is therefore reactive to your requirements.
hot melt extrusion
Using Hot Melt Extrusion (HME), we can modify polymers to meet your exacting requirements for reactors. We can extrude and test small amounts of polymers using our in-house designed miniature extruders.
